Yes. Purchase orders are welcome, and a W-9 is issued with every written quote. The vendor identifiers your buyer will ask for, including the UEI and CAGE code, are published on the agency and bulk orders page so you can copy them into a vendor form without speaking to us first.
Blue reflective letters give strong daytime contrast, blue on yellow reads very distinctly, but the material returns light only from a direct source. Gray reflective letters with a black outline are indirect reflective, so they gather and return ambient light as well, at roughly two hundred feet of visual acuity. Every DSM banner carries gray reflective edging whatever the letter color.
